The founder of JRN Consulting, Jeroen Roegiers, has been working in IT since he graduated in 2002. He has built up a broad scope of IT knowledge over the years. An interest in IT security gradually grew when he started as a IT consultant working for a consultancy firm in West-Flanders. Starting as a network and security engineer at a chemical manufacturing firm, he even further developed his interest in IT security. The career path led him to becoming team leader of the infrastructure team, serving over a thousand clients spread all over the globe. Working directly with management sharpened his knowledge in IT strategy and leadership.
He currently holds the certificate of Ethical Hacker awarded by the EC-Council and the SANS/GIAC GDAT certificate. He’s also member of the GIAC Advisory Board.
